If you are not using condoms, it is safe to use vegetable based oils, including olive oil, for a sexual lubricant. As well as commonly available oils like olive and almond oils, there are also commercial lubricants available, which are made from plant extracts. For example, 鈥楽ylk鈥? which is predominantly a kiwifruit vine extract or 鈥榊es鈥? which is based on cocoa and shea butter.

If you are using condoms you can only use water-based lubricants like KY. This is because oils (of all kinds) damage rubber and may cause the condom to tear or break. Is vegetable oil good for lubrication?
Have you started your period? Do you wear tampons? if so then just tell your mom that you are having trouble getting them in and ask if you can go get some KYgel to make for easier application. If you haven't started wearing tampons then tell your mom that you are wanting to start but you don't want it to hurt so you need some kind of lubricant. Then just use it for ';other'; things. If that doesnt work then just use a little bit of a water based lotion
I guess it would be ok but if you have baby oil or mineral oil you can use that too.
saliva? soap?

idk. i'd say the best thing is baby oil.
