Rub some liquid dish soap, such as Dawn into the stain about 20 minutes before washing it. Dawn is a great degreaser.Vegetable oil stain?
put talc powder or flour onto it, it will dry it up. thn wash it again.

This works because I did it today. It was olive oil on a cotton shirt. Spray or apply ';Shout'; stain remover on it, also ';Wisk'; will probably work, or any other stain remover for laundry.
